Design matched the mockup, order came well ahead of the bridal shower, everything was bubble wrapped and nothing was broken. However, 1/3 of the glasses had a small printer smudge in a certain spot on the lower half of the glass. I washed mine by hand and in the dishwasher, confirming it wasn't dirt. The glasses still look great otherwise, but disappointed that some of them were ruined a bit in this way.

There were definitely a little smaller than I anticipated, though I'd read from other reviews that that might be the case. I probably just don't really have a good mental picture of what different sized glasses look like in my head. But they were beautiful, relatively quick to arrive (less than a month I think) and only one glass broke out of 112 purchased. Glad I bought the insurance! I took photos of the broken glass and sent those to customer service and they were very quick to help me get a replacement.

The company was quick to send me replacements for the defective glasses, but unfortunately even 4 of the replacements were defective. Purchased 60 'personalized Mason Jar Drinking Glasses' which looked perfect and the packaging is really great!!

Also purchased 50 'Personalized Stemless Wine Glass Wedding Favor - Small' and they also were perfectly personalized and without a scratch! Once again, the packaging was great!

Lastly, purchased 50 'Personalized Glass Coaster Favor'. All but 7 were in perfect condition. Contacted Weddingstar Support and they were AMAZINGLY fast to reply and rectify the situation!!!

Even with that little issue, I highly recommend Weddingstar and would definitely buy again!

These glasses were perfect! I ordered them as wedding favors.
