Beautiful box. Loved the customization, but I had to go with plan b since my friend's new last name was too long. I also didn't check the size so I was expecting the box to be 4x the size and was disappointed that it was quite small, but that was my fault for not reading the product details before purchasing!

Nice but site should have allowed for apostrophe in a name such as: O'Brien. Instead site online said it was an unrecognized character
