Very nice cake cutting set. I would recommend this. However, you can barely see the engraving. I would buy the set but get the engraving done somewhere else. We are trying to see if we can get it re-done to make it more visable.

Of all of the "smaller" purchases that my fiance and I needed/wanted to buy, finding an elegant, beautiful cake serving set was surprisingly among the most difficult. I had even purchased another set that looked okay online, but both of us hated it in person we had to discard it! We then spent a good deal of time researching several sites & serving sets before finally deciding on this one. It's PERFECT. The design is intricate enough to be unique and special, but is still very classic/timeless and will go with every theme I can imagine. We're thrilled b/c we found toasting flutes to match and even registered for a picture frame of the same Vera Wang design to complete our "collection." I'll definitely be using this serving set for every cake-serving occasion we have in the future! Our favorite purchase so far!! You will NOT be disappointed.

My husband did not pay attention to any of the items I was buying for the wedding, but when he saw this set he commented. They are absolutely beautiful and well made. They are heavy but not too heavy. I definitely want to learn to bake so I can use these for "special" occassions.

I will use the cake cutter for my wedding in June. I hate that I have to wait so long, they are so beautiful, its a waste they have to be hidden away in the box till then. The only thing someone might not like about them is that they are very heavy, but I think it shows how well made they are.
