Loved the last California version very much that I bought the recently released Fall 2010 version as soon as I saw it on the newstand this week. However, I didn't realize that it was the exact duplicate of the last version published! So I wasted [$] =( I guess this isn't your typical "monthly" or "quartlery" magazines... Anyhow, it provided great local vendor info and special wedding items/ideas. It was a hip magazine that did not advertise for the unrealistic $$$$ designer items.
Website Doesn't "Link" to Magazine

I love these magazines when it comes to the information that "reaches" me as a reader. Especially catering to Southern California (even though I think that really means LA to your editors, not enough on San Diego). However, what I realized in this issue is there's information missing and you cannot go to the website to find the details. There is an advertised dress in "Style Stalker" by a bride named Jenn that I love and there isn't one instance where it is mentioned on the website. Even when you search for the author or the bride or the designer (in fact the designer isn't even listed in the search tool on the site). So, now I love this dress, can't get it out of my head, and it is nowhere to be found. Good ideas from the magazine, but no way to execute. Feel like I was left hanging.
