I just recently got these in the mail and the first necklace I opened up was sodered incorrectly making the teardrop fall off to the right instead if it coming straight down. I looked at another but it was okay. I bought 5 of these. You would think with them being a good chunk of change that they would make sure it is made rig before whey ship it to a customer. I then had trouble looking for a returns department or return address so am now waiting to hear back from their customer service.

I bought (3) of these for my bridesmaids and jr. bridesmaid. They appear to be quite lovely, however I was disappointed in the fact that the website claims packaging, boxes etc. and I got nothing of the sort. I have to locate something to put these in to give them to my girls for their gifts since the plastic bags they came in make these somewhat expensive cosmetic jewelery look very cheap. :(

I REALLY wish you could purchase the necklace separately from the earrings. I really like the necklace, but I do not have pierced ears, so the earrings are a waste for me. I know I could give them away as a gift, but it bothers me that I'd be spending the money to only be able to use half of the product.

I purchased 6 sets of this jewelry set for the moms and bridesmaids for my wedding on 11/1/08. (My only regret is that I didn't purchase one more set for my grandmother who passed away 25 days after my wedding; she loved the set and was a little hurt that she didn't have the same set to wear.) The girls and my moms were all floored at the set's beauty, elegance, classic nature and timelessness (and these are girls ranging from the most unconventional to the most traditional style preferences). The set easily doubles as an evening wear accessory (after the event) and fits bride and bridesmaid alike for wedding day wear. With normal storage, it doesn't tarnish and has not required cleaning in the last 15 months. This set is a tremendous value, fits a number of styles, is versatile, not under- or over-stated, and I suspect will be treasured by its wearers for decades to come.

I loved this necklace. I was going crazy looking for something that was affordale and still great quality. This necklace was defintaly both of those things. The quality looked like realy diamonds and i just loved it.

I am using this necklace to wear on my wedding day. As soon as i opened the box I was amazed, it was perfect. It matched my dress perfectly. It could get kinks in it if it is not laid flat. Other than that it is a beautiful design and I would recommend it to anyone.

I haven't worn it yet, but did have some kinks in it that I was easily able to get out when I took it out of the package. Otherwise, looks great!!
