I purchased these for my groomsmen. They were excellent for our budget. The personalization was sharp looking (I put their initials on the front) and the engraving was well done. You can tell that the watch won't last a long time, but it is a nice watch for someone on a budget. It took awhile to figure out how to set it. If you pull the wheel on the top out you can set the time.

I ordered 4 of these on sale for our groomsmen and am very happy with the results. Wished I ordered a few more because I have not seen them on sale for that low since. The engraving looks great and the watch itself is beautiful. The company did miss spell one of the names due to there fault but were very nice and quick to fix the problem. Would recommend to anyone who wants a classy gift for the guys in their wedding!

When asking my 6 year old brother to be the ring bearer in our ceremony I presented him with a book. The little boy in the book apparently received a watch from the groom as a gift and my brother was so excited about this idea. I wanted it to be even more special than just a pocket watch. The personalization does just that. I showed my two soon to be nephews (ages 9 and 12) who are going to be part of the wedding party as well and they loved it too. So it looks as if I will be getting two more for our 3 little men. It's made well, the shine is incredible and I could not have asked for better personalization. I was really happy to have chosen this pocket watch! It is very well made. Does not look cheap at all, I promise you! I got this for my brother who will be my photographer for my wedding. It is of MUCH better quality than I thought it was going to be. Although it is a little small, so I am glad I got it for my 7 year old brother ("groomsman") and not the older guys.

ATTN: This is how you set the time!
I loved these but I had the hardest time figuring out how to set the time! All you have to do is pull up on the rounded part of the stem (right below the button you press to open them) and twist to the appropriate time. Then just push it back down to lock the time in place!

I bought these for our groomsmen and fathers for the wedding to wear with their tuxes. We had them engraved with their initials. They were on sale and we got a very good deal (definitely wait for them to go on sale, they almost always are). For what we paid they look much nicer than what you would expect and have a decent weight to them. I think people are going to be very happy with them. I saw basically the same one in Things Remembered for over 3x the price. I ended up ordering another for our ring bearer to keep as a keepsake, as well.

We gave these as wedding party gifts to the groomsmen. The quality of the watch is great. I was also pleased with the quality of the personalization. I would recommend waiting until they go on sale which seems to be at least once a month.

We just received the watches, there are NO INSTRUCTIONS!! I can't figure out how to set the clock. One of the wathes had the top part fall off when I opened the bag. They looked OK, but how can you give a gift when you can't set the time?

This item was perfect! We wanted to get the groomsmen something that they could use again and was classy. And we wanted to stay away from the flasks - they have become too common. This pocket watch was great! It is affordable (especially on sale) and looks well made. The engraving adds a nice touch, too! I would definitely order more!

But there were somethings I didn't like: the limit to only 8 characters for engraving and the high cost of personalization. Yet, it was a great item overall!

My FI and I have been looking at these pocket watches for well over a year before we got them on sale for an unbelievable price that we couldn't pass up. After reading all of the reviews we decided there was no better gift for his groomsmen. We made the right choice b/c after seeing what they look liked personalized, there's no other way to go. These watches are stunning and you may catch yourself wanting to order more for the fathers or other men. I highly recommend this gift and so does my Fiancee.

Saw the awesome reviews this got. FI wanted to get his groomsmen something meaningful that they would keep for a long time. Plus because they missed the engagement party, making the joke "to on time to the wedding". Very classy, not cheap looking at all. Great value on sale. Doesn't get much better.

After reading all the comments about the watch, my fiancé and I ordered one, personalized, to see how they turned out. Fantastic was the answer! We ended up ordering them for all the gentlemen in our wedding party. The engraving and the watch do not look cheap (something we did worry about) and have a nice weight to them. I actually found the same watch in a store in our local mall that specializes in gifts like this for [$]. We ended up getting them on here for [$]each, with personalization. I can not recommend these enough, and can not wait to give them to our grooms men. I suggest waiting for them to go on sale, which they do quite often. Also, if you do get them personalized, give yourself about a month to get them.
