I was going to order a more expensive set (~$50) and decided to order this one instead after finding it on theknot.com. I was a little nervous about purchasing a "cheaper" set, but I'm completely happy with my decision. They are beautiful, the engraving is perfect, and for something you're not going to reuse, totally worth the price! A GREAT DEAL!

The product arrived and looked very similar to the online picture, [...]. Then, on the cake knife, the lettering is not straight. It's slightly askew. I'm a perfectionist and this is a real irritation, but I got them at a good price. I recommend having another group do the engraving to ensure it's even.

These were prettier in person. They feel great to the touch and the personalization looked amazing! I'm absolutely happy with these.
The delivery took so long! I don't know if it was because I bought these as well as a few other things and I got all of them personalized, but it took almost a month from the time I ordered to when I actually received the product. I also never got an email notification when they shipped. Just be careful brides and order well in advance!

LOVE these. We recently received them in the mail for our July wedding. They are so special and personalized. They look great. Similar to a few other responses below, ours had a few scratches in the knife. I almost just kept it as is, but I thought that since it is for my wedding I shouldn't settle. I called and theknot was so helpful and sent me a replacement SET! Not even just the one item. Their customer service is wonderful! Great product.

I just got my set today. It is beautiful and just what I wanted. I love the simple design and the gorgeous shape of the server. The personalization looks wonderful. I was really happy that my set wasn't tarnished or chipped. I am so happy that I got just what I wanted!!!

only one thing wrong

I ordered this and just received it via UPS today. When I opened the box I was very disappointed to see that the set had tarnish spots on it already :(However, I immediately called customer service and she said that all silver tarnishes and because I had not had my set personalized the box had not been opened to be checked. She promised to send another one right away, I don't have to mess with returning this one, and she said she made a note on the order for them to open the box and check the set, even though I did not get personalization. All of this great help at no extra charge!!! Unless I get the new set and there is something wrong, I'm very satisfied! It is a beautiful set and feels great to the touch.

We got the times new roman for engraving and it came out beautifully. The server came with some tarnish spots on it, but theknot sent out a replacement right away. Besides that minor hiccup, its a great product, and theknot is a great company for how they dealt with the situation.
