Before our wedding night was over a majority of the wedding party, including the groom, had their name pate fall off the mug. Not a very good keepsake if you ask us.

About Me Practical
The glass itself is nice but the personalizatin was less than satisfactory. Knot blames it on the font that I chose but when choosing fonts I didn't see any kind of warnings or disclaimers stating that some fonts are harder to read than others. I guess they will do but I would have been ahead to pay more for a higher quality company to do our engraving.
Could be better
We were looking for decently priced gifts for our wedding party so that we could get them a couple nice things instead of one expensive thing. The engraving on the mugs was so awful that we are going to have to take them somewhere to have them re-done so that they are readable. They are so lightly done that we can barely even make out the names on the mugs. So in the end I got them fair price with a discount but will end up putting MORE money into them to have them re-done. I should have just gone to the store and paid for nice ones. As the saying goes "you get what you paid for"

Name Plates will fall off!

My husband and I were trying to find something fun and useful for our groomsmen, and when I came across these mugs, I was stoked! We ordered them about 3 months before our wedding -- the name plates looked great, and the mugs were all in great condition. At our rehearsal dinner, we gave them to the groomsmen along with Visa gift cards -- everyone said what a wonderful present it was... until the name plates started falling off one by one! As soon as cold beer was in the mugs, the name plates popped right off. Talk about embarrassing. We had to find some super glue to fix them all. (And I do mean ALL 10 of them fell apart). The plate is only on there with some sort of double-sided tape... I'd suggest that the retailers fix this before selling any more!
Don't buy Medallions fall off

I bought these for our groomsman and groom. They looked great when we got them. We pre washed them by hand before the wedding and as soon as they got wet the medallions fell off. We did buy glue to get them back on and they all ended up falling off the night of the wedding. Very disappointing.
