The size in the description is not the inner volume of the box after it is assembled. I emailed theknot.com to confirm that the volume of the box after assembly was 3 3/4inches, and they confirmed that it was. I need it to be this size to fit something specific in it. When I received and assembled it, the height of the box was only 2 3/4 inches. They included the handle as the extra 1 inch even when I asked for the inner dimensions of the box, after assembly.
Therefore, I am disappointed. They said they would change the description to be more clear on the website, but they have not. Now I don't know what I will do since my original favor idea will not fit in this box. very disappointing.
Also, the box is only colored on the outside, not the inside, so it's cheaper looking.
Also, difficult to assemble and easy to bend the thin cardboard

I need a box that is bigger than just the standard 2 inches and this tulip box description says that is it 3 3/4" by 3 3/4' by 3 3/4". I even emailed the knot to confirm that this was the "inner volume of the box after it was folded" so that there were no issues when I received it.

When I put it together, the dimensions didn't look right. The bottom square of the box measures only 3 inches, the front part the hangs over each side, and that makes it 3 3/4 inches, but then when measuring from the top of the useable box to the bottom, it only measures 2 3/4, and then include the handle as the additional inch to make it 3 3/4, however, the handle is not "useable volume" as previously asked the knot.

So, I will be returning these since they are not as described, even when I emailed to confirm these dimensions. Such a pain...
