They are overall great. I got them on sale so I would have been happy if half of them were presentable. All 100 that I ordered are in good enough shape for our wedding. The only flaw, and it occurred on about 40 of them, was white scuff marks on the front. The foil letters were fine. But you can see white wear-marks on the background color (I ordered sky blue). Maybe they rubbed against each other.

Overall, I was very impressed. They weren't all perfect, some had a few minor smudges in the ink on the lettering, but you hardly notice. We got the matchbook in the silver with the shiny red lettering (our colors were black,white, and silver with little pops of red) and they are BEAUTIFUL. It also worked out perfect because we did a sparkler send-off, so we didn't have to buy anything extra to light the sparklers.

I ordered 300 matchbooks, 200 Ivory with Kiwi foil and 100 Sage with Gold Foil. Some of the Sage books have scrapped against the back of the books and have small white spots but nothing noticeable. The Ivory ones were not scrapped off at all. I am completely satisfied with my order :)

I was very excited to order personalized matchbooks for our wedding in May. The matchbooks came within 3 weeks of my order and the order was fulfilled exactly as I requested. No complaints at all with the content and time it took to place the order.
The reason I am giving a poor review is because the quality of the print on the matchbooks is so poor that I can't use them for the wedding, at all. All of them have smeared or blotchy looking print, several are not even legible. They look cheap and I am very disappointed that I have been given no option for refund or return.

I bought two different styles of matchbooks (silver matchbook with teal text color and sky blue matchbook with charcoal text color). I am happy with both. Not every print turned out perfectly but was good on the whole. I would suggest keeping very contrasting colors to make sure they are legible. I would suggest using classy designs so they look nicer (last name initial for picture area and use modern font for details, etc.)

I wanted something personalized but not over the top for our intimate wedding. These are useful and seem more like a classic gift everyone can use. I will include one of each style in a wedding favor bag so everyone guest will get two different designed matchbooks. I will tie it with ribbon & handmade "thank you" tags. This will suit my needs, our budget and will look pretty! Solution solved.

I was searching for a practical favor that people just wouldn't throw away. I came across these and knew that they were what I wanted instantly! I got them on sale which was a plus!!! I went with the "The Perfect Match" flame and the "Love Birds" designs in the silver with royal blue lettering. Turned out PERFECT!!

I needed to spend a little more money to get free shipping, so I ordered the gold matchbooks with maroon foil print. Maybe 2 of the people we're inviting to our wedding are smokers, but I figured everybody lights candles, so why not? I think they look adorable and the final product looks better than the online sample.

I ordered a white matchbook with our names and wedding date on the bottom with the ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE logo on top in navy blue. The name and date printing part was pretty nice on all of them but the LOVE logo part, not so much. Many of them had very thick printing on the ALL YOU NEED IS part with the E's especially bad to the point of almost not being completely visable as an E! The LOVE part was a bit dinged and scratched on a few of them as well with some other minor cosmetic blemishes on them as well. A few of the match striking parts had some wear spots on them but not as if they were used, just rubbed. The biggest concern was the wording on top, even if I got them on sale, they should all look nice and legible! I sent an email to customer service to hopefully return them and have them reprinted.

After waiting over a month for them to get here, they had the complete wrong wedding date! Beyond frustrating! The Knot is sending the correct ones within a week, hopefully they will be right this time! Also part of the foil was scratched off on almost every design! Would be even more upset if we didn't get these on sale! I would have given a 4/5 if they would have gotten here in the week that they were originally supposed to get here instead of over a month late and if the date was our wedding date and not the most random date ever! Makes me hesitant to order anything else from the knot!

BE SURE to look through the ENTIRE box of these. The first few I glanced at were great, I was pleased. However, I started looking through the entire box the ink on the personalization is either only halfway printed or missing almost completely. I am extremely disappointed with these. Just be sure to look at the entire product. :(

I was skeptical about ordering these matches after reading some of the reviews about the quality. When I received mine, I was more than pleasantly surprised...they were beautiful!! Not one matchbooks had anything wrong with it (I ordered 200) aside from the ones they tape to the front of the box. They came out better than I expected and fit the vintage theme of my wedding perfectly!

It is very meaningful to me to have personalized matchbook favors for our wedding since both of our parents had them at theirs. I plan to frame all three, in acceding order, and place it as a centerpiece for the gift table of matches. I'm very budgeted and these are the most useful and elegant favor that everyone can get. The only down side to these matches are the fact that there's a matchbook taped to each box and when pulled off become useless. So for the 200 I ordered I'm down 4. Other than that they were shipped and received extremely fast and fit my vision perfectly. (And the 4 that won't be appearing at the wedding seem well made)

Every singly one of these matchbooks arrived scratched up! The color was scratched off the front of the matchbook by the strike-strip on the back of the matchbook stacked on top of it. I ordered 200 and I can't use a single one. I saw a previous review saying this and thought it would not be the case for mine, but sadly they are a complete waste.

I bought these personalized matchbooks for a little favor for our wedding guests. I would've never thought to do matchbooks, but thought the saying "the perfect match" was cute and tied in the matches perfectly. I received them and they are very cute and people will always use matches..

Just got mine in the mail a few days ago and they're PERFECT! My colors are grey and teal and the silver is as close to gray as I could get, but it makes the teal foil really POP! I love, love, LOVE my matches! Makes a great little keepsake for our special day and perfect to tie to a sparkler for our sendoff!! :)

These were adorable!! I ordered them for my wedding and they were a bit hit with the guests. I went with neutral colors and the monogram and they turned out beautifully. We still go to people's houses and see our matchboxes being out to use.

We ordered chocolate brown with light blue foil to match our wedding colors. I was concerned that the colors wouldn't be true to what I saw on the screen, but they were perfect. My only complaint, which others have mentioned, is that the color has rubbed off some matchbooks during shipment. It's not terrible, but it would be nice if they were all blemish-free. All-in-all, though, these were a great find for the price we paid and I would absolutely recommend them to someone looking for a way to personalize their wedding. We will be placing a bowl of matches next to sparklers for our sendoff.

The color on the matchbook came off after little handling. I took one out to take a picture of it, because the company did not personalize it how I ordered it, and it already marked up around the edges. They look cute and attractive but I am sure they will look like junk once people touch them and take them home because the quality is so poor. One pro is that 30 matches are given so they don't cheat you on that. You're better off paying a little more money elsewhere for something that might last a little longer and look a little less cheap.
