I ordered this product about 4 months before I opened it. The design is great and looks very well made but for the price I paid I assumed that the personalized plate would of been in the box as well and it wasn't. I enjoy the product but if I am paying for it to have a name plate and be personalized I expected those pieces to be in there. Check the box as soon as you receive it.

I was very satisfied with the size of the frame. I was surprised though when the package (or should I say packages arrived at my house). The large box contained the frame which looks very nice. The smaller box contained the receipt and a lot of packing peanuts. I was quite confused on why they would send just a box for the receipt. Upon later inspection I noticed that the frame did not have the personalization piece that I had ordered and I was panicked. I then got to thinking that the smaller box may have contained more than just the receipt and packing peanuts. So now I was digging through my trash and finally found the TINY personalization piece. I was very disappointed that this piece was not already attached to the frame. All it has is a little sticky stuff to attach the plaque to the frame. So now I have to find the center and place the plaque myself and hope it doesn't fall off. Besides that I was satisfied with the size and quality of the frame itself.

We used this frame in place of a guest book. However after ordering on-line found several frames of similar quality, much cheaper at local craft store. Engraving on name plaque can be hard to read, very faint, have to look closely to even see it. Also you have to adhere it yourself! It
should also be noted there isn't a particular
pen/marker needed for use with frame. Overall nice look to it, but in the end pretty sure money would have been better spent elsewhere for the wedding!The only reason I originally decided to go with this frame over others was because I only wanted "the best" nothing tacky or cheap, and I must say in the end it was nothing special!

I really love that I found this on here! It is so awesome, I love it so much. I just thought to myself "We'll just put the guest book in storage and it'll do nothing but collect dust, so why not spend a little bit more and you can have it on your wall for the rest of your life?!?!" The only issue I had was when it got shipped back in the engraved part wasn't in the box..I called customer service and within a few days they shipped that part to me. So, I would recommend not getting this last minute just in case it happens to you!

This frame was larger than I thought, which was nice. We're having 135 people at the wedding and I think this is size will be fine for everyone to sign. The frame itself along with the mat is a good quality and came in perfect condition. The personalized plate is a nice touch too! I'm not concerned with taping the picture to the back of the mat, since that is fairly common if you mat pictures at home.

This frame is larger than you think! It comes extremely well-packaged so no need to worry if it will arrive intact. Be sure to take glass off and keep frame on before signing. The engraved plate is a nice touch. Much nicer keepsake than a regular, boring guestbook!

I was very pleased with the quality of this frame. The frame is sturdy and free of any nicks or scratches, the glass is protected by a plastic film. It's bigger than I had imagined it to be, plenty of room for lots of signatures. The personalized plate is great. So much better than a traditional guest book!

I loved the idea of this frame instead of the usual guest book. Much bigger than I expected, which is great! However, like one other consumer stated, it doesn't hold a 5x7 picture. You actually have to tape a 5x7 to the back of the mat in order to hold it in place. Other than that I think it's a beautiful frame and will definitely add an elegant touch to our wedding.

Super cute and lots of room for signatures. Just remember to keep the frame on when people sign that way you don't get signatures where the frame will cover up.

The description states that it holds a 5x7 photograph. This is not true - your 5x7 photograph will not overlap the back of the matte but fit perfectly in the middle.

Still a great frame and a great deal... not to mention we had a very patient and understanding photographer with this special picture size request.
