I ordered 4 of these lanterns in fuchsia, and they arrived in a dark purple plum color. The order form describes it as fuchsia/plum. This is Not what is described on the website!

Such a cute product! I ordered these when they were on sale for [$] each in orange and in brown for my fall wedding, and was very happy with them. Easy to put together, and can't wait to use them! The only con is that they're not available in other sizes!!

I bought two of the lanterns, one in pale yellow and another in sage green, so that I could test out their color, size, and strength before using several to string up against the pillars of an open air pavilion for my outdoor wedding next to the Savannah River.Both were exactly the colors shown - which will match perfectly with my theme - and they're very easy to put together and take apart. Because they are only ten inches across, they're definitely going to be better in larger numbers, but at this price that's not a problem! Besides, after the ceremony they will still be fun to keep around for parties at home.The only thing to watch out for is the paper's fragility: you have to be a little slow about unfolding the lanterns the first time, and be careful not to cause any punctures when putting in the metal support square that keep each lantern open. After they've been opened, they're fairly sturdy.These will definitely be perfect for the big day!

Good Stuff but uss bulbs

I got these and while they're beautiful and a good quality, they use bulbs. I guess I didn't read well enough before I placed my order. Still trying to figure out how to use those artificial candles in them. Great idea if you've got the lighting though!
