I received these in the mail a few days ago, and they are perfect. They came completely full, unlike the previous reviewer's experience. They are small and cute. I tested one out to see how well they work, and they work fabulously! I am really excited to have the guests use these as I leave the reception. :-)

Very cute, but not filled completely!

I ordered two containers of the bubbles, so a total of 96 little tubes. To my dismay, 14 of them were completely empty and many were only filled halfway or less. The rest were about 3/4 full. I thought I would have to purchase bubble solution to fill/refill them, but good thing I have only 63 guests and plenty of extra bubbles. On the plus side, they are really cute and more unique than the typical little bottles of bubbles used at parties. I can't wait for my guests to use them!
