I called customer service to exchange the mugs. They allowed it even though they were personalized because they are not as large as they say the mugs were. The mugs only hold 13oz rather than 16. Theknot also paid for the shipping back. Thank you for being so cooperative in this matter.

The only thing that could be improved is their "storability," ie., stackability for space conservation - always the problem with beer mugs and apartment or house settings - which is why they are mostly used in bars and wide open spaces.

Its smaller than I thought it would be, and the name engraved on it is barely readable. I would suggest taking it somewhere else to have it engraved. I think it is overpriced for what it is, but if it were cheaper I think it would be a good buy.

This worked perfect for us... as a bestman gift. We wanted more engraved on it than we could get here so we ordered it and took it too a local engraving shop and got the message we wanted. (it was a great option and affordable) Turned out perfect and he loved it.

Not a good buy

About Me Practical
This mug didn't hold up well after a few washes. It can't go in the dishwasher. All my family and friends were upset with it. I'm sad I spend so much on it. I have pictures if you want to see it now. I'm MrsZubterfuge, message me.
