These were adorable on the site. There was supposed to be a monogrammed initial, it even said this in the slip that was sent to me, but they came without... which gave it a funky negative space. Otherwise, they were good quality and the design options were cute.I do feel that they were overpriced, though.This is all irrelevant, because I did not receive them in time and was unable to even use them in my wedding- but still wanted to post my thoughts.I've heard wonderful things about theknot, and was very surprised that this whole transaction was an added stress to my wedding day.
Service and delivery comments:
I ordered these in the first week of April, my wedding was on the 21st of May. When I contacted customer service via e-mail ( I waited on the phone for about 15 minutes and decided to give that up) they were polite, but I felt they were impersonal. Sort of like an auto-reply. I of course did not receive the product in time, though I thought the shipping time was 5-7 days. I then again felt like I was getting something similar to an auto-reply after explaining how upset I was about it.However, I am glad I am able to return them. Though it is a small hassle to go through, when I know they will only be thrown away since they were personalized.
